Key Responsibilities
- Annotate medical documents using specialized annotation tools
- Review medical records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Identify and report protected health information (PHI) to ensure patient privacy
- Handle specialized annotation tasks with changing guidelines and tight timelines
- Monitor personal productivity and quality metrics
- Report issues related to annotation tools or data to the development team
- Provide feedback to improve annotation tools, workflows, and processes
- Support continuous improvement of annotation quality and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medicine, or Social Work
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- At least 3 years of experience as a Medical / Clinical Annotator
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional, flexible, and adaptable under pressure
